However, all items are securely packaged in our original MRSUPPLY packaging, so they arrive safe and presentable.

If you're unsure about your size, contact us with your finger circumference or the inside diameter of a ring that fits, and we'll be happy to help.

Silver and brass naturally oxidize over time through contact with moisture, air, and skin. Our finish is intentionally not a mirror polish—we prefer a natural texture that gains character with wear.

After use, wipe gently with a soft cloth. Keep the piece dry, avoid chemicals, soaps, and perfume, and store it individually. Occasional light polishing keeps the surface bright without removing the intended texture.

We don't offer in-house resizing. For future orders, please refer to our Ring Size Guide or contact us before ordering.

A local jeweler may be able to resize simple bands, but styles with stones, engraving, or heavy texture often cannot be resized safely.

We don't provide repair services.

Items damaged in transit or found defective on arrival are covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

Please handle your jewelry with care, avoiding impact, water, and chemicals.

Some pieces include the MRSUPPLY logo and a .925 sterling silver hallmark (this varies by item).

To keep production and quality consistent, we're not offering custom engraving at this time, though we plan to add it in the future. If you have a question about the markings on a specific piece, please contact us.

Our pieces are made primarily from .925 sterling silver, with brass on some pieces.

Sterling silver is generally well tolerated, but those sensitive to brass may experience irritation or skin discoloration. If you have a known metal allergy, please consult a physician before purchasing, and discontinue use if any reaction occurs. Keeping jewelry and skin dry helps; remove pieces before bathing or exercise.

Each piece is carefully made and photographed to be as accurate as possible, but slight differences in color and texture can occur due to lighting, screens, and the nature of handcraft.

Many items are one-of-a-kind or made in small batches, so once an item sells out it may not be restocked.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Both domestic (Japan) and international shipping are available.

The countries and regions we can ship to are shown at checkout—select your destination to see availability and the shipping fee.

Shipping to the United States is currently paused.

Shipping within Japan is free. For international orders, a flat rate of ¥3,000 applies.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your package has been dispatched, we'll send the tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused items in their original MRSUPPLY packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and one-of-a-kind, custom, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos—we'll arrange a prepaid return and a repair, replacement, or full refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
