We will be abroad twice this autumn. One stay is in the United States, directing production of new work, and we will be shooting content on both. The online store stays open the whole time, but dispatch from Japan pauses while we are away.
Dates
- October 4 – November 6, 2026 (JST). Dispatch resumes November 7.
- November 12 – November 23, 2026 (JST). Dispatch resumes November 24.
Between November 7 and November 11 we ship as usual.
Orders During the Pause
Orders are accepted as normal and payment is taken at checkout as normal. Nothing is withdrawn from the store and nothing is cancelled. What changes is the dispatch date alone: parcels go out in the order the orders came in, starting on the resume date above, and you will receive a tracking number when yours ships.
So an order placed soon after a pause begins will wait until dispatch resumes. An order placed in the days before a pause ships before we leave, within the usual two to seven business days.
Ordering for a Deadline
Write to contact@mrsupply.store before you order and we will tell you the realistic dispatch date for the piece you have in mind. Worth doing for a gift with a fixed deadline.
Rates and Returns
Shipping rates are unchanged — free within Japan, a flat 3,000 yen internationally. Our return and exchange windows run from the day the parcel reaches you, not from the day you order, so a pause does not shorten the time you have to decide.
