#0306 is a heavy, signet-style ring: a rough brass nugget set into the centre of a rugged, eroded sterling silver form that looks unearthed rather than made. The weight makes its presence felt straight away.

The silver is pitted and worn-looking, with the brass core sitting like a found stone at its heart — two metals, warm and cool, against a deeply textured surface that catches light in broken, uneven flecks.

It has the character of a relic, and it only grows into that role with wear, the silver darkening in its recesses while the brass nugget keeps its warmer glow.
