#0510 is a chunky signet with a rough, eroded face, set with a small brass nugget that plays against the silver.

The eroded face is left coarse, throwing back broken glints, and the single brass nugget sits in it as the one warm point on a cool, weathered ground.

Heavy and settled on the finger, it looks recovered rather than made. The two metals age apart — the silver darkening, the brass warming — and the contrast between them grows with the years.
